Weather Issues in the UK – Canceled and Delayed Flights
I just wrote about weather and the airlines a few days ago, and now it seems a harsh blast of winter weather is affecting the southern part of the UK. Even on the website for London Heathrow, there is an advisory to check with your airline before heading to the airport. With that sort of warning, you know flights are going to get canceled.
Bear in mind, that airlines tend to prioritize their larger, international flights so do check to see if your flight is operating, especially out of any of the London area airports.
Airlines like Easyjet and British Airways have posted their flight cancellations for January 6.
