Arlington County to move forward with Rosslyn Cultural Center in Newseum space

Arlington County Manager Ron Carlee has decided to recommend forging ahead with plans to turn the former Newseum space in Rosslyn into a cultural center, saying the county can afford the $5.6 million cost.
